ENVIRONMENTAL CONSTRUCTION IS A MAJOR SECTOR OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION MARKET THAT ENCOMPASSES THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TECHNOLOGIES OR APPROACHES USED TO MANAGE INDUSTRIAL WASTE, IMPACTED VADOSE ZONE SOILS, OR SEDIMENTS.
Environmental Construction has been a core service of AST since our founding in 1993 and continues to be a key component of our current operations. AST has successfully completed a wide variety of Environmental Construction projects throughout the United States and Caribbean for federal, industrial, and municipal clients.
AST, a certified small business, has implemented Environmental Construction projects as large as $7,500,000. Often these large projects involve a combination of technologies, and AST provides the required expertise to safely achieve project goals. AST’s experience includes:
Soil and Waste

AST employs a group of highly skilled and experienced Project Managers, Site Managers, Equipment Operators, and Environmental Technicians that understand how to cost effectively and safely execute a highly technical scope of work using conventional civil and specialty environmental construction equipment. To safely conduct and support field activities, AST owns air and water monitoring instruments, OSHA approved safety equipment, multi-media sampling tools, air compressors, generators, pumps, pressure washers, light-plants, and sampling and decontamination trailers.
